Harmony Art aims to offer artists a space to transform visions. In this era of globalisation, it is crucial for people working in cultural industry to comprehend multi-cultural background, and to experience exotic culture in person. Cultural intelligence brings great effect on artists’ creation process and Shanghai attracts artists from across the world to witness the happening, fusion and collision of artistic inspirations.

The Artists-in-Residence programme of Harmony Art provides artists from abroad with studio space, financial aid and housing, in addition to networking opportunities to meet local artists, curators and art critics and visit art institutions.

This year, the residency is looking for artists from the UK to participate the programme, preferably contemporary artists and designers.
